A Journey Rooted in Tech & Human Engineering
My professional path began in 1987 in India’s burgeoning Information Technology sector. After gaining experience at large tech firms, I co-founded a computer systems integration business - an early startup experience that taught me the vital importance of partner alignment and trust.

Moving to the United States in 2000, I spent over a decade leading tech consulting and staffing organizations. This chapter was defined by managing complex professional services and fostering alliances built on integrity and strategy.

9 Years of Transformative Coaching
Transitioning from tech leadership to professional coaching, I have spent the last nine years helping executives and teams master their "inner game". As a Certified Conscious Business Coach and Talent Optimization Consultant, I’ve focused on helping my client to enhance their soft skills like agility, resilience, and emotional intelligence.

Leading the AI Enablement Frontier
Today, I merge my deep technical roots with coaching expertise to serve as an AI Enablement Expert, AI Trainer, and AI Data Annotator. My work ensures that AI systems aren’t just functional, they are empathetic, persuasive, and contextually aware.
