Vinpro Coaching’s founder - BJ Jhaveri, started his professional journey in 1987 in the Information Technology industry in India. After working for large tech companies, he with a few friends initiated a computer system integration business.
Even though the business quickly flourished, he was misaligned with his partners about the manner of conducting the business. His decision to quit the business partnership sparked a deep introspection on partner engagement, consensus, and emotional regulation. This led to his quest into ‘human engineering’. The transition was vital in his journey to evaluate the importance of building a business on value alignment, ethical conduct, and trust.
In 2000, he migrated to the US to work for an IT professional services firm. His competence in strategy, sales, and talent management, combined with his deep-rooted integrity and ethical conduct helped foster mutually beneficial alliances for his employers. During this time, BJ realized his passion for coaching people to help them increase their self-efficacy and grow to their full potential.
In 2017, BJ founded Vinpro Coaching to provide executives and business owners with prudent advice, constructive critique, and supportive guidance needed to implement their vision. At Vinpro Coaching, we work with business leaders and executives who want to foster a collaborative engagement of inquiry, feedback, and accountability to drive revenue, enable business growth, and improve the bottom-line.
